Rules

(a) The Competition Registrations Secretary must receive within 4 days of the date the match is played, the result of each Competition match in the prescribed manner. This must Include the Surname, Forename[s] and Registration Number of the team players [IN BLOCK LETTERS] and the goal scorers. The Referee's and Assistant Referee's names, along with the marks for the Referee [1-100] as required by Rule 13. Also required are the Fee's and Expenses paid to the Referee and Assistant Referee's. Failure to do so will incur a fine of £10.00 and/or the Club being dealt with as the Management Committee decides.

(a){1} Referee's Mark of 50 or less shall be accompanied by a written explanation and submitted to the G.F.A. Referees Hon. Secretary with the referees match report card.

(b) The Home Club shall telephone the result of each match to the General Secretary by 5-30pm on the day of the match, failure to do so will incur a fine of £10.00. Evening and other matches, the result should be telephoned immediately after the match.

(c) The match result notification correctly completed, shall be signed by a responsible member of the Club. The Management Committee shall have the power to take such action as they deem suitable against a Club who submits an incomplete form, or incorrect information.

(d) Clubs must notify the Competition Secretary within 3 days, the result of FA Cup ties and County Cup results the Clubs who are involved in, whose Competitions may be dependent on such results. Failure to do so, the Club will incur a fine of £10.00
